Data were collected through face-to-face interviews using CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing), and self-completed questionnaires. The Austrian Health Interview Survey wave 2 (AHTIS 2014) which was carried out between October 2013 and June 2015. Telephone interviewing and selfadministered questionnaires were used. The sample was stratified by health regions.
