  • adults with mild to moderate depression.
Other criteria
Participants had to speak English or Spanish, be 18 years old or older, and own either an iPhone with Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/LTE capabilities or an Android phone along with an Apple iPad version 2.0 or newer device.
